The Malaga Chamber of Commerce has carried out a trade mission to Japan, visiting the cities of Tsukuba, Tokyo and Kyoto as part of the Global SME 2024 Program.

This initiative, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union, seeks to promote the foreign trade of Malaga SMEs.
The Malaga delegation, made up of seven companies, has had the support of the Spanish Economic and Commercial Office in Tokyo, which organized the agendas of the participating companies: TODOBARRO SOLUCIONES SL, IURIS CATEDRA SOLUCIONES FISCALES Y TRIBUTARIAS, BUFETE DE VELAZQUEZ ABOGADOS SLP, ARELANCE SL, VISITAS VIRTUALES SL, CERTUS ASESORES SLP and PROYECTOS SISTEMAS Y AUTOMATISMOS INDUSTRIALES MALAGA SL.
This mission, organized in collaboration with the Andalusia Technology Park, SA, underlines the commitment of the Malaga Chamber of Commerce to continue promoting foreign trade
One of the most notable meetings took place at the University of Tsukuba, where the delegation visited the Cybernetics Research Center (Cybernics) and learned about the projects in development, including exoskeletons for medical solutions. The companies also visited Takasago Thermal Engineering, specializing in business air conditioners and emissions-neutral energy systems, as well as Iseki, a manufacturer of robotic agricultural machinery.
In Tokyo, the delegation had the opportunity to visit important companies such as Tokyo Innovation Base, Fujitsu, Hitachi and CIC Tokyo, Japan's largest startup accelerator.
