Carpisa Foods, a leading company in the beef sector, has stood out in the SIAL Paris 2024 trade fair with the presentation of its latest innovations in hamburgers, designed to attract the attention of new markets and adapt to current trends in the sector. The fair, held on its 60th anniversary and considered one of the largest international showcases for the food industry, was the stage where the company reinforced its positioning and showed a new corporate image focused on excellence.
Carpisa’s participation at SIAL 2024 was a resounding success, with more than 4,000 visitors to its stand, more than 400 business meetings and more than 1,000 burgers tasted. Among its developments, the “smash” burgers stand out, which are increasingly in demand in Europe. This new line includes an “easy smash” option, already smashed, designed to facilitate its preparation in the restaurant sector.
