South Africa, recognized as the most advanced and diversified economy on the African continent, presents itself as a market with vast opportunities, especially in strategic sectors such as energy, infrastructure development, and industry in general. The notable 58% increase in Asturian exports to this country over the past year is a clear indicator of the fertile ground it offers for companies in the region.
On the other hand, Madagascar It is emerging as a market with considerable potential in specific sectors such as iron and steel smelting, the food preparation industry, paper and cardboard production, the fuel sector, and metal manufacturing. The mission seeks to identify and capitalize on these opportunities, facilitating the entry and growth of Asturian companies in this emerging market.
During their stay in both countries, representatives of Asturian companies will participate in a series of business meetings carefully designed to fit their specific profiles and needs. These bilateral meetings seek to generate synergies, establish lasting business contacts, and forge agreements that boost the internationalization of participating companies.
In addition to the intense commercial agenda, Asturex has scheduled a parallel institutional agenda. This aspect of the mission focuses on presenting the potential of the Asturian business community to various local government and business entities. The objective is to showcase the quality, innovation, and competitiveness of the region's companies, as well as to explore possible long-term collaborations and strategic alliances.
The Asturex trade mission to South Africa and Madagascar is part of the global strategy of the society of Sekuens Group for the support of the internationalization of the Asturian companyThis initiative underscores the importance of strengthening trade relations with markets that offer high growth potential, thus facilitating the international diversification of Asturian companies and strengthening their position on the global stage.
