A key announcement during the day was the signing of a bilateral financial protocol, an instrument that the Secretary of State for Trade described as crucial for the future of economic relations. "Thanks to the financial protocol we signed during this visit, our relations will strengthen significantly," explained López Senovilla. "This agreement will allow Promote Spanish investments in infrastructure and sustainable development projects in Vietnam, facilitating financing through the Business Internationalization Fund (FIEM).
