ALSP Abroading and technology firm Bigle have strengthened their partnership to bring legal tech solutions to new markets and sectors, focusing on the digital transformation of corporate legal departments in Spain and, specifically, in Latin America.

La ALSP Abroading signature and company cool tech Bigle have extended their collaboration agreement, an alliance initiated in 2023, with the aim of promoting the digitalization of the legal sector. This new phase of cooperation will focus on strategic markets of Ibero-America where Abroading already has a consolidated presence as a leading provider of alternative legal services (ALSP), and where Bigle seeks to expand its reach.
The agreement, considered a pioneer in the sector, seeks to accelerate the digital transformation enabling legal departments and law firms to optimize their operations and improve the quality of their work. This will be achieved through template automation, more efficient contract lifecycle management, and the implementation of legal operations to reduce costs.
Both companies will offer combined solutions that integrate Abroading's legal and consulting expertise with Bigle's technology. This joint service aims to strengthen the efficiency and legal security of companies, eliminating manual errors and streamlining processes, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Another purpose of this alliance is democratize access to legal technology, facilitating its adoption by companies of all sizes. The agreement is designed to help both legal departments of large corporations seeking to improve the control and traceability of their documents, as well as law firms wishing to differentiate yourself in a competitive market through advanced technology.
