More than 50 professional cutters toured the Spanish coast, French Riviera and several European capitals to share the excellence of their Iberian products.
This gastronomic tour, which covered more than 130.000 kilometers, focused on the mastery of its carvers and a philosophy of sustainability. The company opted for transportation methods that minimize its carbon footprint, a practice that aligns with its environmental commitment to protecting more than 30.000 hectares of dehesa. The trip resulted in the tasting of more than 50.000 Iberian ham platters, with a 100-gram plate of Jamón Blázquez serving as the centerpiece at each table. This figure, equivalent to almost 20.000 kilos of product, demonstrates the brand's broad reach and its ability to connect artisanal tradition with Mediterranean hospitality.
In addition to its traveling presence, Jamones Blázquez participated in high-profile events, including exclusive workshops in Greece and collaborations with luxury brands such as Frederique ConstantIts acorn-fed ham has been featured on menus at Michelin-starred restaurants, at automotive events like APP Roads by Porsche, and at meetings with influencers and trendsetters.
