Boosting Regional Agri-Food Internationalization

Twenty-two companies from Castilla-La Mancha are traveling to Anuga 2025 to promote their offerings in the global market.

A group of 22 agri-food companies from various provinces in the region are preparing to participate in a trade mission to Cologne, Germany, organized by CECAM in collaboration with provincial business organizations and IPEX.

Next Sunday October 5 marks the beginning of the journey for these twenty-two regional firms, which will be part of the commercial visit to the Anuga Food and Beverage Fair in Cologne. The mission, which will take place of October 5 to 8, will have technical assistance at the destination of FEDA, ensuring the necessary support for participating companies.

 

The Anuga Fair, held in Germany, is an internationally renowned event and one of the fixed dates in the calendar of actions of the Confederation of Employers (CECAM), thanks to the high degree of satisfaction and positive results reported by companies in previous editions. Over the past few years, More from 150 companies from the region have taken advantage of this platform with the help of CECAM to boost their international business.

 

The objective is to visit Anuga 2025, considered the largest and most influential food and beverage fair in the world, seeking to boost foreign trade and the internationalization of regional products.

 

The 2023 edition already demonstrated the magnitude of the event by hosting 7.845 exhibitors from more than 120 countries, covering various segments of the food market. For this year, 2025, the Fair is presented larger and more diversified than ever, covering an area of Sqm 290.000 and expecting the participation of around 8.000 exhibitors from 110 countries.

 

In addition to the extensive product showcase, Anuga's program includes ten specialized trade fairs, as well as a packed agenda of stages, conferences, and congresses. This makes the fair not only a showcase for current trends and innovations in the sector, but also a key venue for networking and the professional exchange at the highest level.

 

For his international relevance For the agri-food sector, comparable only to Sial Paris, the visit organized by CECAM, together with its provincial business organizations and the IPEX, is directed exclusively to a professional audience, thus maximizing business opportunities for the 22 regional companies.
