The Empack Madrid, Logistics & Automation Madrid, and Logistics & Industrial Build (LIB) trade fairs closed their 2025 edition at IFEMA with historic figures, consolidating their position as the leading event for packaging, logistics, and industrial construction in Spain. The events, organized by Easyfairs, brought together 426 exhibiting companies and exceeded 12.200 unique trade visitors, marking a 4% increase over the previous year and underscoring the growing relevance of the sector.

El technology hub of 24.000 m² in IFEMA Madrid became the stage for the most advanced solutions on October 15 and 16, with a total of more than 46.000 commercial interactions registered. Digitalization, sustainability, automation and talent were the focus of the more than 60 hours of content and the lectures offered by more than 200 speakers.

Empack: The Sustainable Future of Packaging
In its 17th edition, Pack Madrid grew remarkably, bringing together more than 180 companies that they exposed Sustainable materials, smart packaging and automation solutionsThe conference program focused on innovation and new trends, with the participation of experts from Foreo, Clarel, Ecovidrio y Philip Morris, among others. A notable milestone was the first delivery of the “Best ESG Initiative Award”Where Click Properties won the award, recognizing his leadership in responsible initiatives.
Gema Requena, expert in Research & Strategy and Keynote Speaker, addressed consumer trends and the role of packaging: “In packaging, as in any sector, one of the most important challenges is connecting with narratives and strengthening brands with a purpose. The goal, therefore, is to transform packaging into an interface that integrates society, consumption, and the future, so that we can have a kind of radar that allows us to anticipate trends, connect with emerging social values, build a purpose, and, above all, innovate.".
The next edition of the fairs will return on November 11 and 12, 2026, to IFEMA Madrid, constituting the benchmark event for the packaging, logistics and industrial construction sectors.
Logistics & Automation: Digitalization and AI at the Service of the Supply Chain
With More from 210 companies, the 15nd edition of Logistics & Automation Madrid It reaffirmed itself as the epicenter of logistics innovation, addressing supply chain challenges in its four thematic rooms. Official inauguration was attended by Jose Antonio Santano, Secretary of State for Transport and Sustainable Mobility, and Jose Maria Garcia, Deputy Minister of Housing, Transport and Infrastructure of the Community of Madrid.
Deputy Minister García praised the event's growth: “I would like to thank Easyfairs, the organizer of this fair, which grows at a double-digit rate year after year in terms of exhibitors, visitors, and conference attendees. This reflects the importance of the industry's collaborative work in developing national economic growth and ensuring citizens' quality of life.". For his part, Santano emphasized the transformation driven by digitalization: "We have a clear roadmap and believe that Spain can play a key role in leading the change taking place in the logistics and transport sector.".
The Secretary General of Sustainable Mobility, Sara Hernandez, also intervened, pointing out that: “We are moving forward with a clear objective: to build more competitive and resilient supply chains. The future of our supply chain cannot be achieved without a full connection to Europe. Therefore, we are working to strengthen our cross-border connections, ensuring that Spain is a key player in the trans-European network and in international traffic.”. During the fair the following were also held: Logistics Leaders Awards 2025, organized by UNO Logística, recognizing companies such as To field y Freixenet.
Logistics & Industrial Build: Sustainability in Construction
The second edition of Logistics & Industrial Build (LIB) consolidated his role as the only event in Spain dedicated to the logistics and industrial building, more than 50 exhibiting companies. The focus on the sustainability was key, counting for the first time with the institutional participation of the Region of Madrid through Planifica Madrid, Invest in Madrid and the Logistics Agency.
Carlos Marcel, technical director of Planifica Madrid, valued his participation: “For us, the fair was a success. We showcased our logistics developments and generated tremendous interest, reaching an audience we wouldn't have reached otherwise. We were able to showcase the work the Community of Madrid is doing to generate wealth and attract investment.".
Looking ahead, Oscar Barranco announced the success of the next edition: “We're already preparing for the next edition of Empack, Logistics & Automation and Logistic & Industrial Build, which will take place on November 11 and 12, 2026, in Halls 2, 4, and 6 of IFEMA. The fair continues to grow, and exhibitors continue to join. We already have 69% of the space reserved. It will be a unique opportunity to continue driving innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness in the industry.".
