La Nebrija University has announced the signing of a momentous agreement educational collaboration agreement with the Lanzhou UniversityLocated in Gansu, the capital of China's Gansu province, this agreement marks a new milestone in the international expansion of the Spanish institution, with the aim of strengthening academic and cultural ties between the two countries.

 

The core of the agreement is the launch of a Nebrija Institute within Lanzhou University. One of the primary functions of this new center will be to act as Official Examination Centre for Nebrija Certificate in Business Spanish, a key accreditation for professionals in the field of foreign trade and international business.

 

In addition to language certification, the agreement includes a broad framework for collaboration, including the delivery of postgraduate programs in China and Spain. The agreement is expected to serve as a strategic bridge to encourage exchange of professors, researchers and students Between both institutions.

 

The agreement will allow the Nebrija Institute of Lanzhou to be an Examination Center for the exams to obtain the Nebrija Certificate of Business Spanish

 

With this new opening, Nebrija University strengthens its global network of influence, adding Lanzhou to its list of Institutes already operating in cities such as Nanjing, Casablanca, Jakarta, Medellín, Bogotá, Lima and Guayaquil, in addition to its delegations in United States, Italy, Brazil and Greece.

 

For its part, the Lanzhou University Founded in 1909 and considered one of China's first modern higher education institutions, the university lends considerable prestige to the agreement. The university is located in the ranked 309th worldwide in the recent ranking CWUR 2025 and has the double first class classification of the Chinese Ministry of Education, which underlines the excellence of the Asian partner in this educational alliance.
