In this context, the Philippines is emerging as a market of interest for international defense companies, including those from Andalusia, with opportunities in equipment supply, technological cooperation, knowledge transfer, and industrial maintenance. The technical seminar will present the main development lines of the Philippine modernization program, market access mechanisms, and potential avenues for public-private partnerships. The country seeks to diversify its alliances and strengthen its defense industrial base by incorporating international partners with experience and advanced capabilities.
