The Galician company Externa, specializing in comprehensive human resources management, temporary work and outsourcing, has announced a solid evolution in its results, projecting to reach 72,4 million euros in revenue in 2025. This optimism is based on the remarkable growth experienced in the first seven months of 2024 in Spain and Portugal.

The management and sales team of the company, headquartered in A Coruña with a presence throughout the Iberian Peninsula, met at the Nordés Business Club to analyze the company's performance. The meeting, led by Externa's CEO, Pastor López Docampo, and its general director, Fernando Berdugo, confirmed the company's good moment.
According to the data presented, between January and July of this year, Externa registered a growth of 28,5% in Spain and Portugal compared to the same period in 2024. This performance allowed the company to exceed the revenue target set for the first half of the year by 102%.
The ambition of the Galician firm does not stop there, as the Strategic Plan 2023-2027 It maintains the horizon of achieving the 100 millones de euros in revenue. The international consolidation, which began two years ago with the launch in Portugal through the Lisbon and Porto branches under the brand WinWorking by External, has been a key factor.
Strategy and Territorial Expansion
The convention also served as a platform for directors and territorial managers from the various business areas (temporary work, outsourcing(selection and training) to share proposals for improvement. The CEO, Pastor López Docampo, highlighted the intense commercial activity expected for the last quarter of the year, with a focus on the efficiency and profitability.
To achieve the set objectives, the strategic plan includes: Attracting human talent; Organic growth with new branches in strategic areas; Consolidation in Portugal; Development of new sectors of activity; Inorganic growth through the acquisition of other companies in the sector and continuous improvement of service quality.
Externa, founded in 2006 and with entirely national capital, continues its territorial expansion. It recently opened a new office in Zaragoza, adding up to a total of 17 branches in Spain, plus the two in Portugal, allowing it to operate in other international markets.
