These companies will hold individual meetings with local companies and participate in the ROG.e fair, one of the main events in the oil and gas industry. The objective of the mission is to explore new business opportunities in the Brazilian market, especially in key sectors such as machinery, services, energy, defense and infrastructure.

During the mission, Asturex will also develop an institutional agenda to promote business opportunities for Asturias in Brazil“Brazil, with 214 million inhabitants and a GDP that represents 34% of the region, offers enormous growth potential for Asturian companies,” said a spokesperson for Asturex.

The fair ROG.e, Organized by the Brazilian Institute of Oil, Gas and Biofuels, is a key event for the energy sector and will be an opportunity for Asturian companies to connect with industry leaders. Among the main topics of the fair are the exploration of renewable energies and operational safety, sectors in which Brazil seeks to boost its development, especially in offshore wind energy and photovoltaics, both with growth projections in the coming years.
