Ecuador: Opportunities in Public Procurement and Infrastructure
In the case of Ecuador, the market presents interesting opportunities in sectors such as public procurement, especially in areas such as infrastructure, education, irrigation and health. The construction of health centres, water and sewage projects, and the development of educational infrastructure are some of the areas in which Asturian companies could find business opportunities.
In addition, Ecuador is a major importer of petroleum products and intermediate products from the metal sector. The lack of local refining and production capacity generates a constant demand for these products, which could represent an opportunity for Asturian companies in the sector.

Panama: A Logistics and Services Hub with Growth Potential
Panama, for its part, stands out as an important logistics and services hub in the Central American region. Its strategic position and free trade zones facilitate trade with other Latin American countries. Despite its size, Panama is a net importer of various products, which generates opportunities in sectors such as construction, transportation, energy and tourism.
The logistics sector, in particular, offers great potential for Asturian companies, given Panama's role as a key logistics hub in the region. Tourism, public works and the energy sector are other areas in which investment and collaboration opportunities are emerging.
