The Ibero-American communications and public affairs consulting firm DARE announced the acquisition of XCOM, a leading public relations, influencer marketing, and digital marketing agency based in São Paulo, BrazilThis strategic acquisition significantly strengthens ATREVIA's presence in the region. latin american and underlines its ambitious plan for inorganic growth.
With this acquisition, ATREVIA adds XCOM's 40 multidisciplinary professionals to its global team, who will continue to operate from their São Paulo office. XCOM's top executives, including its CEO, Viviana Toletti, Chief Executive Officer Daniel Bruin, Chief Operating Officer Deborah Slobodticov, and Chief Financial Officer Fagner Neri, will remain linked to the company, contributing their in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian market.

With this transaction, ATREVIA surpasses €50 million in revenue and has 650 employees. It is present in 12 Latin American countries and three in Europe.
This acquisition is part of the ATREVIA's 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, which contemplates an investment of up to 20 million euros for new acquisitions. In recent years, ATREVIA has incorporated seven companies, three of them in Latin America: the digital business of Apple Tree in Colombia (2022) New Communication Uruguay (2024) and now XCOM in Brazil.
ATREVIA's strategic plan has also strengthened its structure in Latin America with the creation of a Corporate Affairs Hub and a Strategic Creativity Hub, in addition to new units specialized in digital transformation and artificial intelligence in Chile and a regional practice for culture, people management, and internal communications in Mexico.
ATREVIA, which had a turnover of €47,6 million in 2024, 8,7% more than the previous year, and obtained an EBIT of €4,3 million, stands out for its social commitment, being the first B CORP consultancy firm established in 15 countries, a characteristic it shares with XCOM since 2024. Furthermore, ATREVIA is a member of the United Nations Global Compact.
ATREVIA's strong connection with Latin America is also reflected in the leadership of Núria Vilanova at the head of the Alliance for Ibero-America Business Council (CEAPI), an entity that brings together the presidents of the largest Ibero-American companies with the aim of strengthening relations and business opportunities in the region.
