The consulting Axazure, which operates as a segment within the international Avvale group, has officially announced strategic acquisition from the German company Lang & Fragmeier Consulting, a consultant corporate shop based in Bavaria. This corporate transaction not only allows Axazure to fully enter Germany, , considered one of the most demanding technology markets in Europe, but also consolidates its leadership in the implementation of Microsoft Business Applications globally
Lang & Fragmeier Consulting, founded in 2020 by Oliver Lang and Hendrik Fragmeier, has maintained a double-digit annual growth and has distinguished itself by offering comprehensive project and program management services, in addition to its expertise in the technical implementation of Microsoft solutions. His career as Partner Sourcing Axazure's involvement in multinational Microsoft Dynamics projects has been key to facilitating a natural and total transition towards integration.
This move, which establishes Axazure Germany and strengthens its presence after the opening in Colombia, is part of an ambitious growth plan that already has Italy on the horizon for early 2026.
