Extremadura calls for aid for the hiring of technicians specialized in foreign trade

The submission deadline is September 12

The purpose of the call is to establish an aid regime for the hiring of foreign trade technicians by the Extremaduran exporting company, the eligible event being the conclusion of the contract.

The recipients of the aid regulated in this decree may be natural and legal persons who are considered small and medium-sized companies, which carry out an economic activity in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura 

Requirements

In order to access the aid regulated in this decree, beneficiaries must meet the following requirements:

They must develop transformation, manufacturing, construction, installation or production activities in Extremadura, as well as wholesale trade and services.

The job for which the subsidy is requested must be located in centers of the beneficiary company within the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, until the end of the obligation period.

eligibility conditions:

1. The eligible event will be the conclusion of the contract, as long as it meets the following conditions and characteristics:

a) Is celebrated with people who meet the specific eligibility conditions established in article 6, in addition:

– They were unemployed on the day of hiring.

– They had not provided services in the previous six months, through fixed-term contracts for a period,

   continuous or discontinuous, greater than 30 days actually worked according to working life, in the same contracting company or related companies.

b) Be indefinite and full-time.

c) Have a Social Security contribution account code that corresponds to the provinces of Badajoz or Cáceres.

d) Is included in the contribution group according to the qualifications of the hired person, in accordance with the following correspondences:

– Engineers, university graduates or equivalent degrees: Group I.

– Technical engineers, university graduates or equivalent: Group II.

– Higher level vocational training: Group III.

e) You are not in any of the exclusion situations listed in article 7.

2. The contract must have been concluded before the submission of the aid application, either within the application admission period or within the 6 months prior to the start of said period.

3. The contract entered into must have been registered and communicated to the State Employment Service.
