BBVA, Telefónica, Microsoft, HP Spain, and the Chambers of Commerce met to promote new technologies among SMEs through an agreement signed today by the president of the Chambers, José Manuel Fernández Norniella, with the Office for Support of the Information Society (OASI). Its objective is to support the integration of businesses into the information society and minimize the economic impact of investing in new technologies.
