The 7th edition of Barcelona New Economy Week, organized by the Barcelona Free Trade Zone Consortium, is launching its awards for the best startups. The registration period for projects in the eight key sectors of the new economy ends on September 7th.
La seventh edition from the Barcelona New Economy Week (BNEW), the benchmark event for the new economy, has opened the call for its prestigious Premios BNEW 2026 to the Best Startups. Organized by the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona (CZFB), the initiative seeks to recognize the most disruptive projects in eight strategic sectors.
All startups interested in participating and gaining visibility in the innovation ecosystem can submit their application until next Monday 7 of SeptemberThe selected projects will form part of the BNEW Startup Innovation Hub, a space designed to connect talent, technology and capital.

The event, which will take place in the state-of-the-art facilities of DFactory Barcelona, it is consolidating itself as a fundamental meeting point for startupsentrepreneurs and investors.
