Cadiz, epicenter of the Blue Economy: The Blue Zone Forum-Navalia Meeting 2025 promises innovation and international synergies

In this edition, the Blue Zone Forum will join the Navalia Meeting, the recognized international meeting of shipbuilding, which is held in odd-numbered years. This strategic alliance seeks to merge the sustainable innovation of the Blue Economy, driven by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone, with the advances in the naval industry, creating a unique space for the exchange of knowledge and the generation of new opportunities.

Fran González, who actively participated in the General Assembly of the Spanish Maritime Cluster, highlighted the resounding success of the two previous editions of the Blue Zone Forum, which exceeded a thousand attendees and included the participation of national and international figures such as Celine Cousteau and Ferran Adrià.

"This visibility is crucial to strengthening our strategy and promoting Cádiz as a hub for the Blue Economy," he stated.

The Free Trade Zone delegate emphasized that, while Cádiz is already establishing itself as a benchmark in the blue-collar sector in the Bay of Cádiz and the province, membership in organizations such as the Spanish Maritime Cluster facilitates the creation of national alliances, which are essential for the development of key projects such as Incubazul and Blue Core, initiatives focused on the Blue Economy.

La 48th Assembly of the Spanish Maritime Cluster, Chaired by Javier Garat, the meeting served as the setting for this presentation, where the organization's activities and events were reviewed, and its financial statements were approved.
