CaixaBank, Fundación Cajamurcia and the University of Murcia promote international mobility with grants for studying abroad

 

CaixaBank, the Cajamurcia Foundation and the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Murcia have announced the final resolution of their call for grants for studies abroad during the 2024-2025 academic year. These scholarships, the result of the agreement between Cajamurcia Foundation and CaixaBank, will allow 16 students to participate in international programs to improve their academic training in economics and business.

 

The average stay will be two semesters. Juan Jesus Lozano, director of the Murcia Region of CaixaBank, highlighted: “At CaixaBank we want to highlight this collaboration that reflects our commitment to education and international mobility”He added that studying abroad not only improves economic knowledge but also fosters cultural and language learning.

 

The selected students will carry out their studies in countries such as Poland, Germany, Italy, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Argentina.

 

Carlos Egea, president of the Cajamurcia Foundation, stressed: “Commitment to young people promotes future vocational training”, also highlighting its ongoing collaboration with the University of Murcia in culture and research. On the other hand, Juan Samuel Baixauli, dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, expressed his gratitude for this program that enhances the personal and professional development of students.

 

These initiatives strengthen the academic and business fabric of Murcia by promoting globalized education for future economic leaders.
