A project that has had help from the JP Morgan Chase Foundation
The German Chamber of Commerce for Spain started the FP Dual JoinVET project in 2016, the results of which were presented this Tuesday in Madrid.

The objective of the program has been to contribute to balancing the supply and demand of training in the industrial sector where, as explained, 81% of companies acknowledge having difficulties finding personnel with adequate technical knowledge.
“It is a project that we have discussed in the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain, are projects that we call 2+1, have had help from the JP Morgan Chase Foundation, is based on an experience we have in Germany, and over these two years we have trained 87 students, 81% of them have subsequently joined their training companies,” he explained.
