This increase is largely due to its international expansion strategy, which now has a total of 14 regular routes.
Of these routes, 10 connect with important European destinations such as Berlin, Milan, London and Brussels, reinforcing the airport's position as a key point for international tourism in the region. The commitment to the Capabilities has paid off: the National Institute of Statistics (INE) has reported a significant increase in foreign tourists and overnight stays in the province of Castellón during the first half of the year.

Growth isn't limited to flights alone. Passenger numbers have also reached record levels. From January to July, the airport has welcomed 176.779 passengers, an increase of 11.5% compared to the same period last year. In July alone, the 40.000 monthly passenger barrier was surpassed for the first time, with a total of 41.433 travelers.
For the summer season, which runs until the end of October, the airport has scheduled more than 1.600 flights and offers 270.000 seats.
