Comercializadora de Productos Andaluces, SA (CdeA), is the public company of the Junta de Andalucía that promotes and supports the Internationalization of Andalusian Companies.
Within the framework of the "Internationalization Plan for Andalusian Companies 2002", CdeA develops the planning, design and execution of actions to promote Andalusian companies and products abroad, in accordance with the economic policy of the Andalusian Government.
To select promotional activities, CdeA first studies the economic situation of the target countries and the potential of Andalusian products and services. The program primarily includes two lines of action: direct promotional activities and internationalization support initiatives.
Direct promotion tools
The Andalusian company can use these types of tools to help promote its products abroad and to intensify its international contacts and relationships, with the consequent generation of business opportunities and opening up to new markets.
CdeA promotes events designed to help Andalusian companies achieve their goals. This includes an annual plan that encompasses: exploratory visits to new markets, group participation in international trade fairs, direct and reverse trade missions, and even point-of-sale promotions, for which CdeA manages advertising campaigns, transportation, and purchasing terms.
Actions to support internationalization
Through the CdeA Foreign Network, in its business promotion units, currently nine, this organization offers invaluable help to Andalusian companies, facilitating the introduction of their products into these markets.
CdeA also promotes export group programs, which aim to address and initiate, as a group, the marketing of products in international markets.
Also included are training efforts (seminars, specialized programs in collaboration with prestigious business schools) and many other actions providing information, statistics, and other support.
All of this positions CdeA as a point of reference in Andalusia, both for companies that are already exporting and for those that are considering opening up to new markets for the first time.
