The meetings, led by Núria Vilanova, president of CEAPI, and Carlos Diaz-Rosillo, founding director of The Adam Smith Center, were attended by the presidents of Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Panama and Paraguay, in addition to ministers of Peru.

Guatemalan President, Bernardo Arevalo, invited investors to take advantage of the country's macroeconomic stability to generate more and better jobs, stating that Guatemala is a "land of possibilities." Meanwhile, Paraguayan President Santiago Peña highlighted the importance of Paraguay as a center of integration in Latin America.
