CIMIC wins new mega residential project in India

The contract covers the construction of ten residential towers, each approximately 145 meters high, spread over a total area of approximately 490,000 square meters. The scope of work includes civil and structural works, as well as the management of subcontractors, with the goal of obtaining certification. LEED Gold of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), which underlines the commitment to sustainability in construction.

Construction of Elan The Emperor is estimated to begin in September 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2030.
