Colombia and Seville strengthen relations

In a diplomatic meeting, they reaffirmed the excellent relations between the Spanish region and the Latin American country.

The Mayor of Seville, Juan Ignacio Zoido, has received the Ambassador of Colombia in SpainFernando Carrillo, and the Consul in Seville, Liliam Gabriela Cano, in the Town Hall de la ciudad.

During their meeting, the Ambassador and the Mayor reaffirmed the excellent relations between Colombia and Seville.

The Ambassador's visit began with a private breakfast with the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Francisco Herrero, in the Plaza de la Contratación. Later, the Ambassador went to the town hall to meet with the Mayor.

Ambassador Carrillo held meetings at the Palace of the Marquises of Algaba with the rector of the Pablo de Olavide University, Mr. Vicente Guzmán Fluja, and the vice-rector of Internationalization and Communication, Pilar Rodríguez Reina.

Afterwards, the diplomat went to the facilities of the Chamber of Commercewhere a colloquium on Successful Business Experiences in Colombia took place, which the Ambassador had the honor of closing. Finally, Carrillo met with some business leaders.
