The multilateral markets They currently move a volume that exceeds 180.000 million dollars a year, through public tenders for promoted and financed projects by multilateral or bilateral institutions to carry out a work, provide a service or supply a good.

The main multilateral convening organizations are financial and non-financial institutions at the international level, of the European Union, and also the system of United Nations. These organizations are joined by other smaller entities that are also present in this market.

Bilateral cooperation agencies are instruments that the most developed countries have to channel the majority of their contributions through donations or development financing to the recipient countries. They will be analyzed, with special attention: AECID, GIZ, AFD, USAID and JICA.

The opportunities in international tenders in these institutions are very numerous and cover different sectors of activity (Infrastructure, Energy, Water, ICT, Environment, Training, Marketing, etc.) in different regions of the world.
