Cyclus begins its expansion and expects to increase turnover by 60% in 2008

The Andalusian company intends to seek alliances to penetrate Portugal, France and Italy.

The Andalusian company Cyclus ID will open up to the national and international market to consolidate its leadership in the purification of industrial waste and intends to open branches in Madrid, Catalonia, Valencia and Extremadura and seek alliances to penetrate the markets of Portugal, France and Italy.

The consolidation of these strategic bets will allow the company to reach two million in revenue in 2008, which will represent an increase of 60% compared to 2007, since Cyclus ID expects to close this year with a revenue of 1,2 million, according to a statement.

In the last five years, the company has increased its revenue by approximately 300%.

This expansion strategy has started with the entry of a new minority partner into the shareholding of Cyclus ID, which did not provide further details in this regard.

The objective of this company, with Andalusian capital and based in Morón de la Frontera (Seville), is to export its unique systems for purifying olive waste (olive mill wastewater, cooking and washing lyes, brines and process waters) to the countries that, along with Spain, have the highest olive production.

Similarly, Cyclus ID intends to diversify its services, entering new markets in the treatment of industrial wastewater, the statement noted.
