DHL recognizes Spanish SMEs that have focused their business on an innovative and sustainable export model

DHL Atlas Awards, February 28, 2019 deadline for submitting nominations

With more than 40 years of experience in the Spanish market, DHL once again announces a new edition of the DHL Atlas Export Awards.

DHL continues to value the efforts of the small and medium businesses, true engine of the Spanish economy, as well as its work to develop talent and get its products abroad In a current context of enormous competitiveness.

In this edition of the DHL Atlas Export Awards, the jury will also take into consideration, to select the winners of the four awards, the implementation of inclusive policies that promote diversity and that represent a commitment to equality regardless of gender, as well as CSR policies in the company. With this novelty, candidates must detail all those actions and practices of commitment to society that are being carried out in their company and that, therefore, are included in this section.

DHL Express is the market leader in international express transportation. Thanks to its great operational capacity, it has become a key support for Spanish SMEs and their export growth.

The four categories that DHL awards are:

Atlas Export Grand Prize, awarded to the company that has achieved the greatest success during the year, in terms of exporting .

Accesit for the Most Innovative Export, to the company that has applied a greater degree of innovation in the management of its export project.

Accesit to the Most Sustainable Export, awarded to the company that has included the most sustainable actions in its export process.

Access to Export through E-commerce, for the company with the greatest growth in terms of exports: opening of new markets, opening of markets in emerging countries, increase in turnover specifically in terms of exports through e-commerce.

El period to submit applications will be open until February 28th 2019, and must be done through the web www.premiosdhlatlas.com. Subsequently, and after analyzing each of the proposals by the jury, the awards ceremony will take place in March 2019 in Madrid.
