This ambitious project, presented within the framework of the Mobile World Congress, will offer SME CEOs an intensive immersion in the digital world, with a special emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI) and global growth strategies. The program, which will cover 24 Spanish cities between 2025 and 2027, seeks to transform the vision of business leaders and provide them with the necessary tools to compete in the international market.
"DigitalXBorder New Challenges" is presented as a unique opportunity for leaders of Spanish SMEs, offering 56 hours of intensive training spread over 7 days in each city. The program will address crucial topics such as digital transformation, innovation, growth strategies, AI and responsible digitalization. Participants will have the opportunity to delve deeper into business model transformation, operational excellence, digital growth and strategic alliances for the Capabilities.
A highlight of the programme is its focus on AI governance, cybersecurity and digital regulation – areas that are seen as key competitive advantages for businesses in the current environment.
In 2025, DigitalXBorder will reach 10 Spanish cities, starting in Madrid on March 13. The tour will continue through Tenerife, Alicante, A Coruña, Girona, Valladolid, Cantabria, Pamplona, Gijón, and Málaga. Each session will offer participants the opportunity to learn from technology and business experts, establish strategic contacts, and develop an action plan for the digitalization and international expansion of their companies.

She also stressed that “we want our companies not only to adapt to the digital environment, but to take advantage of it to compete successfully in international markets”.
The previous edition of "DigitalXBorder," held between 2018 and 2023, trained 1.167 CEOs and executives from 1.100 companies in 26 cities across Spain. This prior success underscores the commitment of EOI, ICEX, and Adigital to the digitalization and internationalization of Spanish companies.
