Transerra, a parcel delivery company belonging to the Santos Logistics Group, has launched e-Tranet, a new communication platform designed to simplify, personalize, and enhance the reliability and security of its services. It provides detailed information on the status of goods, from collection requests and labeling to route management, shipment tracking, statistical data, and commercial terms.
Transerra has 46 branches in Spain and 3 in Portugal, connecting the country with the rest of Europe. The company handles two million shipments annually, moves 160.000 tons of cargo, and employs over 800 people.
