Ecosystems2030 aims to achieve the impossible in technology

Third edition

The summit on technology and innovation celebrates this edition in A Coruña and has 64 speakers who will speak for two days to address topics such as artificial intelligence, robotics and other technologies.

The president of Ecosystems, Omar Hatamleh, has inaugurated the third edition of Ecosystems2030 at the Conference and Exhibition Centre in A Coruña. During his speech, Hatamleh encouraged participants to be "visionaries" and strive to "achieve the impossible" in a context where the impact of technology encompasses all areas of life.

The technology and innovation summit celebrates its second consecutive edition in A Coruna and has 64 speakers who will speak for two days to address topics such as artificial intelligence, robotics and other technologies.

The third vice president and Minister of Economic Affairs, Nadia Calviño, has intervened with a recorded video in which she has highlighted the creation of the AESIA and its location in A Coruña

the mayor Inés Rey and the vice president of the Xunta and Minister of Industry and Economy, Francisco Conde, presided over the opening ceremony. Both have highlighted the technological weight that A Coruña and Galicia have, respectively, on the national scene. The Xunta have highlighted the need for A Coruña to specialize in Artificial Intelligence, understanding that it is a key step to leave an industrial footprint in the city.

Among the topics to be addressed will also be the effects of longevity, according to the event coordinator Omar Hatamleh. The mayor recalled that this Ecosystems event is not something specific, but will be repeated year after year in A Coruña.

The president of Ecosystems explained that artificial intelligence has three stages, currently in the "narrow" stage, and predicted the arrival of the "general" stage "within a few years." He also summarized that the challenge is artificial superintelligence, one of the topics to be addressed during these two days.
