Spanish footwear is making a strong entrance at Pitti Immagine Uomo with a notable presence of 29 exhibitors.

 

From today until June 20, the Fortezza da Basso in Florence becomes the epicenter of men's fashion with the celebration of Pitti Immagine UomoSpain stands out at this edition with a significant delegation of 29 exhibitors. Of these, 21 are trendsetting footwear brands, while the rest are fashion and accessories brands that also showcase footwear as part of their collections.

 

Among the Spanish footwear brands present are names of great relevance in the industry such as Abarca Shoes, Calce, Callaghan, Castañer, Ecoalf, El Pulpo, Foamers Brand, Guanabana Handmade, Leyva, Medelian, Munich X, Mwm Mod Wave Movement, Natural World, Port Menorca, Rey Pavon, Satorisan, Ssstufff, Uin, Verbenas, Victoria and ZampiereThese firms present their collections for the spring-summer of 2026, anticipating upcoming trends in the sector.

 

The fair, which brings together 730 brands, 43% of which are international, is a key indicator of emerging trends in men's fashion.

 

Salvador Gómez, Secretary General of FICEGómez emphasized the importance of this event: "This fair offers a unique and unbeatable platform for men's footwear brands to showcase their value proposition, connect with key buyers, and consolidate their position within the European market." Gómez also highlighted the intense promotional activity for Spanish footwear, noting that "these have been intense days of international promotion, as our footwear was present at the fair." The fair design is organized into five thematic sections: Fantastic Classic, Futuro Maschile, Dynamic Attitude, Superstyling and I Go Out, ranging from haute couture to clothing outdoorAdditionally, Pitti Uomo complements its agenda with various special events dedicated to the multiple facets of men's fashion.

 

In parallel to the fair, the ICEX and the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Milan, in collaboration with the agency Clara Garcovich, will organize a promotional event on June 18. This initiative, which will take place in The Sala della Scherma of the Fortezza da Basso Starting at 10:00 a.m., the creativity, quality, and innovation of Spanish fashion will be highlighted. This is a static installation which will showcase a select sample of representative garments from the Spanish brands participating in Pitti Uomo, thus reinforcing the image and prestige of Spanish design at an international level.
