Martínez Nieto SA, a Spanish laboratory specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of food supplements, natural cosmetics, sports nutrition, essential oils and healthy eating, has reached an agreement with the investment fund Magnum Capital for entry into the company's shareholding. The Martínez Nieto family, founders of the company, will continue to be linked to the project.
From its headquarters in Los Camachos (Cartagena), Martínez Nieto, SA markets its products in nearly 70 countries around the world, both through the brand MARNYS®, as well as manufacturing products developed jointly with them for international clients. To achieve this, Martínez Nieto has one of the most advanced production facilities in Europe, expanded in 2021 and with a total area of 23.500 m2.
Currently, the Martínez Nieto SA range covers more than 400 nutraceutical and cosmetic references, based on the most advanced production technology on the market, scientific rigor and the highest quality standards in the raw materials used. All this to offer effective natural products for more than 55 years, with a firm commitment to research, innovation, social responsibility and respect for the environment.
With this operation, Magnum completes the seventh investment of its Magnum Capital III fund, after operations in Digitalent, Metrodora Education, Apices, Probelte, Sunmedia and Grupo Fernando Corral
