The international market of the atmira Group already represents more than 13% of its turnover.

La technology consultant Spanish-owned Atmira has announced significant growth in its revenue for the 2024 financial year, reaching €60,5 million. This represents a 26% increase compared to the previous year's orders, which translated into a turnover exceeding €50 million.

According to the company's unaudited financial results, atmira also experienced 9% revenue growth compared to 2023, consolidating a workforce of around 800 employees with a low turnover rate of 13%, significantly lower than the industry average. Furthermore, the company achieved an EBITDA increase of 7,76% on revenue during this period.

This solid performance follows a strategic investment of over €10 million in the development of SIREC, its flagship product in the area of credit risk. This commitment has positioned atmira as a leader in this segment nationwide, opening the doors to a significant international expansion.

“At atmira, we continue to reaffirm our ability to create value and evolve organically, sustainably, and profitably. The 2024 results are a clear reflection of the success of our mission as a company,” he emphasized. Joan Cardona, managing partner and CEO of atmira.

International expansion and new Hub in Logroño

Atmira's growth strategy extends beyond Spain. The international market now represents more than 13% of its revenue, driven by the opening of a new Hub in Chile – the first outside Spain–, collaboration agreements for SIREC at a global level and the implementation of private banking projects in Europe. Currently, the company has a commercial presence in 12 countries, five in Latin America and seven in Europe.

At the national level, atmira has opened a new Hub in Logroño, its sixth in Spain, through a strategic agreement with La Rioja's largest employer. This initiative seeks to strengthen high-value communities and accelerate growth by 2025, consolidating the role of Knowledge Hubs as centers of expertise.

Looking ahead, Joan Cardona noted that by 2025, the company has a plan to transform its operating model, simplify its culture, and strengthen its Centers of Excellence and Communities of Practice to ensure the expected profitability of each project.

Bet on Artificial Intelligence and organic growth

As part of its innovation strategy, atmira has launched the AI in Action Community, with the aim of applying Artificial Intelligence to improve internal efficiency and generate value for its customers through specific use cases.

Amid intense merger and acquisition activity in the technology consulting sector in Spain, atmira reaffirms its model of organic and sustained growth, based on 100% Spanish private capital and independent management.
