The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAP) has convened the 37th edition of the Food Awards of Spain 2025, whose objective is to promote and stimulate excellence among professionals in the food chain, from production to consumption, as well as to raise awareness about the value of food and the importance of reducing waste.
With this call, the Ministry reaffirms its commitment to the food sector and its key role in the economy, sustainability and gastronomic identity of Spain.
The following categories have been established: Food Industry, Innovation, Entrepreneurial Initiative, Organic Production, Food Internationalisation, Fisheries and Aquaculture Production, Communication, Catering, Promotion, Initiative for the reduction of food waste and the Extraordinary Food of Spain Award.
The application period will be open from February 12 to March 17, 2025. Interested parties must submit their applications electronically through the Ministry's online office. Individuals may submit their applications in person on paper.
