The inability of the local productive sector to satisfy internal demand, together with the need for European companies to increase their sales abroad due to the weakness of their traditional markets, make this event key to promoting new business opportunities.
Andalusian exports

It followed in second place Seville, with 80 million and an increase of 64%; and in third position was Malaga, with 51 million euros, which also doubles its figure so far this decade, with a growth of 152%.

The best-selling products by Andalusian firms were other construction materials, with 323 million, 47%, double that of 2010 (with an increase of 118%); cement, plaster and lime, with 147 million, 21,2%, tripling its figure in this period, with an increase of 195%; hardware store, with 69 million, 9,9%, which also triples its figure with an increase of 193%; and other porcelain, clay and ceramic manufactures, with 53 million, 7,6%, which multiplies its figure by 110 with an increase of 11.472%.
A total of 2.662 Andalusian companies exported products related to construction materials in 2016, 18,2% more than in 2010 (410 more firms). Of them, 579 were regular exporters (more than four years exporting), 39% more than in 2010 (162 more companies).
