The Promotion Plan to which this initiative adheres is a comprehensive program designed to enhance the global presence of the Asturian biomedical sector. Among the planned actions are visits to two major international trade fairs, participation in the Spain Pavilion at the BIO International Convention and a participation grouped in Biospain.
The nutraceutical sector is recognized as a strategic pillar within the agri-food and foodtech industries due to its high added value, constant innovation, and ever-growing global demand. Asturias, in this context, is home to highly specialized and innovative companies in this field, many of which are integrated into the region's dynamic biotechnology and food sector.
