El Instituto de Promoción Exterior de Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX) has announced its support for regional companies in the footwear sector to participate in the next edition of the fair MICAM I SHOE EVENT MILAN 2025, a key event in the international footwear calendar. This meeting, which will be held from 23 to 25 February at the Rho Exhibition Centre, Milan, is recognized for being a nerve center where the latest trends and developments in the sector are presented.
MICAM, organized by the National Association of Italian Footwear Manufacturers (ANCI), is an essential platform for industry professionals, including importers, wholesalers and retailers. With an exhibition area of nearly 70.000 square metres and the expected participation of almost 1.500 companies from more than 30 countries, this event offers unique opportunities to establish business contacts and expand markets.
El IPEX has provided significant financial support to facilitate the presence of Castilla-La Mancha companies at this fair. The selected companies will be able to receive up to 50 % in expenses justified by the rental of the exhibition space, with a maximum eligible subsidy set at 3.500 euros. This initiative seeks not only to promote internationalisation but also to highlight the design and innovation characteristic of regional footwear.
