Spanish companies on the "Top Companies for Leaders" list in Europe

The study highlights that leadership development is a key activity


Only surpassed by the Finnish company Nokia, BBVA and Inditex are at the top of the list of "Top Companies for Leaders" of 2007 in Europe, announced today. This list is the result of a study sponsored by Hewitt Associates, a global human resources services company, in collaboration with The RBL Group, a company dedicated to helping clients increase the quality of leadership and fulfill their strategic human resources agenda, and FORTUNE magazine. Top Companies They have been selected by a panel of independent judges and evaluated according to various criteria, including leadership practices, company reputation, leadership culture, values, and company performance.


The European list is part of the global study "Top Companies for Leaders" in which more than 540 companies from around the world have participated. The study's results highlighted that leadership practices in the Top Companies global markets — regardless of whether they operate in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific or Europe — are an inherent part of their culture, and the development of future leaders is linked to business management.
