In the Financial Times ranking of European business schools, ESADE is considered one of the top 20 and is recognized for its high degree of internationalization. This academic year, 70% of ESADE's MBA students are from abroad, representing 34 different nationalities, including students from Western Europe, the United States, Canada, Asia, and Latin America. "This gives students the opportunity to engage with other cultures, allowing them to develop a more international perspective for their future careers," says Nuria Guilera, Director of MBA Admissions at ESADE.
ESADE, along with the French schools Insead and HEC, are the only three business schools in the ranking that require MBA students to have a high level of proficiency in two foreign languages.
Its international focus has led to collaboration agreements with more than eighty universities across five continents. The latest agreement, signed with McCombs Business School at the University of Texas at Austin, "will allow participants to begin their full-time MBA at ESADE and complete it at the American university, thus obtaining a joint degree," Guilera stated.
One of the features that distinguishes ESADE's MBA is that it offers "not only a knowledge program but also integrates a management skills program focused on training future professionals in fields such as leadership and communication skills."
