The measures, worked on in collaboration with the teacher Enrico Letta and European CommissionTheir central objective is to allow companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to focus on growth and job creation. "Our goal is to create a regulatory framework that allows companies to focus on what they do best: innovate, grow, and create jobs," stated Minister Cuerpo.
The four main initiatives are:

Single Information PortalThe creation of a centralized platform is proposed to offer comprehensive and accessible information on the regulatory requirements of the 27 Member States. This portal, designed to overcome language and cultural barriers, will make it easier for SMEs to navigate the complex European regulatory environment.

Access to Public Procurement: To address the current fragmentation, which has 27 different platforms, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to unify all national and regional public procurement processes. This tool will reduce complexity and open up new cross-border opportunities for SMEs.

Mutual Recognition of Credit RatingsThe aim is to establish a mechanism to standardize SME credit ratings across the European Union. This will facilitate access to credit, a vital driver for project development and business expansion.

Securitization PlatformTo optimize bank financing, a platform will be created to standardize processes and aggregate cross-border lending. This measure has the potential to significantly boost business growth across the European market.
