The event, organized by the Chamber of Spain, the Secretary of State for Commerce through ICEX Spain Export and Investment, and CEOE, served as a platform to strengthen economic ties between the two countries. Carlos Cuerpo emphasized that Saudi Arabia is Spain's main economic partner in the Persian Gulf and highlighted the ability of more than 100 Spanish companies present in the country to offer support in key sectors such as infrastructure and transportation.

The minister reported that in the last three years, the presence of Spanish companies in Saudi Arabia has experienced a remarkable increase of 60%. For its part, Jaime Montalvo, International Director of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, highlighted the crucial role of chambers in business mobilization and the relevance of Spanish-Saudi Bilateral Committee to encourage dialogue and the identification of new business opportunities.
