Euroconsult will supervise the creation of the new headquarters of the Public Treasury of Peru

Engineering Euroconsult, has been awarded a two-year contract to oversee the construction of the new headquarters of the SUNAT (Public Treasury of Peru) en Lima, the company reported to the Alternative Stock Market (MAB). This contract is valued at approximately 1,7 million euros.

 

The agreement will represent a qualitative leap for Euroconsult en Peru As far as large-scale works are concerned, since it will carry out the tasks of supervising the technical file and the works of this new tower that is destined to become one of the most symbolic buildings in the city of Lima with dimensions of 20 floors and 8 basements, a total constructed area of ​​24.437 square meters.

 

In addition, the building will be equipped with an intelligent system that will allow it to be sustainable and energy efficient. In this sense, some of the characteristics that will define the new SUNAT They are: devices for efficient consumption of water and electricity, home automation installations focused on obtaining natural ventilation of the building as well as natural lighting or a façade with automatic regulation of sunlight to achieve greater comfort.

 

 

 

This is a large-scale project, as the building will have 20 floors and 8 basements.

In fact, in recent months Euroconsult has been awarded important and varied projects in the Latin American country such as the design of the ten new road traffic bridges in the northern area of Peru affected by the 'El Niño' phenomenon, their participation in the construction of the last section of the Lima ring road along the coast or the drafting of two road interchange projects located at the intersection of the avenues Velasco Astete y Spring and Manuel Olguín and The Derby, both in Lima.

 

Last year, almost half of the company's income was imported, which represented a strong advance compared to 2013, a period in which turnover outside the country was Spain reached 31%.
