"Thanks to the integration of Eurowag's services, we have been able to reduce our dependence on multiple suppliers and improve the financial management of our operations," says Alonso.

 

Commitment to Sustainability

 

Eurolefesa is also committed to the transition to more sustainable transportIn 2022, it joined the Ministry of Transport and Ecological Transition's Carbon Footprint Calculation, Reduction, and Offsetting Program. Additionally, in 2023, it added two Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)-powered vehicles to its fleet and is evaluating the adoption of electric trucks for the last mile.

 

“Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond reducing emissions. We are exploring options such as double trailers and participating in CO2 offsetting programs through reforestation,” explains Alonso. Although customer demand for detailed carbon footprint reports is still in its early stages, Eurolefesa is preparing for future market demands.
