Thus, Extenda-Andalusia Export and Foreign Investment offers tailored consulting services for Andalusian companies, with individualized advice that will help companies to initiate or consolidate their international positioning in a comprehensive manner.

 

The companies participating in this program will have the technical assistance of a consulting team, specialized in development of international Business, which will support Andalusian firms so that they, based on an analysis of their internal situation and following a work method based on reflection and business planning, generate the most appropriate internationalization strategies to access the international markets. Furthermore, in the second phase of the program, companies will have the support of technical personnel during its execution, who will help them implement the previously defined action plans.

 

In this way, companies will be able to analyze their internal situation and reflect on their positioning in the market, identify their export potential or the current degree of internationalization, define the actions to be developed internationally and execute the action plans that have been established. with the advice of specialized professionals.

 

 

The 'Advice for International Strategy and Action' program is added to other services provided by Extenda in the consulting area to support the internationalization of Andalusian companies.

 

 

El CEO of Extenda, Arturo Bernal, has recommended participation in this program "to all those SMEs with little international experience that need a guide in their first steps in foreign markets, or to those internationally activated companies that need a new boost in their strategies."

 

In this sense, Bernal has been convinced of the effectiveness of the program, "which has already activated or relaunched more than 1.200 companies since the launch of this service to which the benefit of the information obtained by extend through the new business intelligence and big data processes that have been launched in the last year, which are expected to contribute to exponential growth in shares, all added to the synergy offered by the Andalusia Network".

 

Consulting at Extenda

 

This program can be accessed by Andalusian companies from any sector of activity that have a turnover of at least 50.000 euros, except for companies from incubation, acceleration, mentoring programs, or certain European programs to support and encourage SMEs, in which case they are not required to comply with the billing requirement.

 

The 'Advice for International Strategy and Action' program is added to other services provided by Extenda in the area of ​​consulting for support the internationalization of Andalusian companies, among which are some already consolidated such as 'Brands', 'International Digital Marketing' or 'Implementation'; but also others that have been launched recently, such as Legal Advice or 'Contingency Plans for Brexit'.

 

The organization of this action by Extenda, an entity dependent on the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior, will be co-financed with funds from the European Union through the FEDER OP of Andalusia 2014-2020, endowed with a community contribution from the 80%, or any other European Program capable of co-financing this action.
