A total of 24 companies have participated in the “Technical conference on multilateral opportunities in Peru” organized at the headquarters of extend en Seville awarded by the Ministry of Knowledge, Research and Universitythrough Extenda-Andalusian Foreign Promotion Agency. In this action it has had the support of the Extenda antenna in Peru.
Extenda's objective with this information session has been to inform firms in the service sector community about the main sectors of action, programs and initiatives of multilateral institutions in Peru (Provías, Inia, ANA, etc.). In addition, the attending companies have been able to learn about the ways to search for project information and business opportunities concrete for their companies in the peruvian market.
The presentation of the contents of the day has been complemented by practical activities such as access to the portals of the main financing and executing entities, the location of programs and projects, etc., which the attending companies follow with their laptops. . This action is prior to the celebration of a mission to Peru which will take place next February, and where Andalusian companies will meet with the various multilateral entities that operate in the country. In this way they will be able to present their activities and services, and will be informed first-hand about the projects that may be of greatest interest to them.
On the other hand, in this mission there will be meetings with Peruvian agencies and organizations executing projects financed with multilateral funds, and with potential partners for the formation of consortia.
According to Extenda data, there are multiple sectors of the Andalusian economy that have opportunities in the multilateral market in Peru, since the projects that are being developed and have been planned serve various lines of activity.

Currently, a high number of projects, included both in the development plans of the Peruvian government and in the portfolios of the main multilateral financial institutions active in the country, coincide with the areas of specialization of Andalusian companies.
