Extenda-Andalusia Export and Foreign Investment offers individualized assistance to Andalusian companies on commercial, labor and tax law en 50 countries in Europe and Latin America, through a new call for its consulting service on 'International Legal Advice´, with which the public company reinforces its strategy to support SMEs in the region in their internationalization processes, based on digitalization, business intelligence and big data, and with a clear focus on markets. 

 

In this way, the public company offers specialized legal advice to Andalusian companies for the development of their investment plans. international expantion, aware of the importance for them of having adequate information that allows them to strengthen their legal security when launching their projects abroad. The application submission period will be open until March 13, 2025.

 

The companies participating in this program, which can be from any sector of activity, will have legal advice on matters related to commercial, labor and tax law in a total of 50 countries of Europe and Latin America. 

 

Companies can request this Extenda consulting service at any time until the end of the call. Through this program, they will receive tailored advice, both at origin and destination, to address fundamental issues to export with greater security and guarantees.

With a new call for this service, at Extenda we want to be the most reliable partner for Andalusian companies and put at their disposal the mechanisms that allow them to make the leap abroad with the greatest possible solvency."

 

Specific legislation, depending on the target market

 

In this way, Andalusian companies that participate in this program will have Key guidance on applicable legislation on specific matters in your target markets, as well as with complete information about aspects such as the requirements and regulations on the introduction of specific products or services; Contract drafting; or protection of intellectual and industrial property rights. 

 

Other issues that may be resolved have to do with the constitution of subsidiaries, branches and other forms of establishment in destination; implementation of legal relationships with local partners; expatriation of workers, temporary displacements and application of international agreements; tax treatment at origin and destination; and taxation of financing or investment.

 

35 hours of individualized consulting

 

The program, which must be developed within a period of 55 calendar days from the assignment of the service, includes a first meeting between the consultant and the company, which may be in person at the headquarters of the participating company, or online, depending on the choice of the firm, with the objective of specifying the scope of the advice.

 

The service makes up to 35 hours of individualized advice available to companies, which will focus on the needs of the company in one or more of the areas covered, such as Commercial, Labor or Tax Law. 

 

The company may request advice in up to three countries in a single request, as long as they are states in the same geographical area defined by Extenda. Specifically, in Europe, Extenda makes advice available to Andalusian companies on 32 markets, while in the area of Latin America swith 18 countries in which it works. 

 

The implementation of Extenda Consulting programs will be co-financed with funds from the European Union the PO FEDER of Andalusia 2014-2020, endowed with a community contribution of 80%, or any other European Program capable of co-financing this action.
