New services, more companies

Promotion, areas and destinations
The area of promotion to encourage the internationalization of companies is the one that deploys the most actions within the framework of Extenda's activity, since in 2016 it represented 41% of the total. These 408 actions include 46 international fairs; 43 direct trade missions and another 23 reverse trade missions; nine international meetings and four promotions at points of sale.
Regarding the geographical scope, Europe was the target of most of the actions, 30%. The American continent follows, with 20% (10,5% for Latin America, 9,5% for North America) and Asia, in third place, with 14% of the total, which means an increase of five percentage points over 2015. Africa With 7% of the total, it has registered an increase of two points compared to the previous year.
Consulting and Training
In the field of consulting, 14 diagnostic processes carried out for internationalization projects that are in their beginnings and 17 consulting actions in international financing stand out. In addition, advisory tasks were carried out to facilitate the incorporation of expert personnel in internationalization with the consulting program in RRHH which counted 158 company participations. Regarding Extenda's training programs, they involved a total of 81 actions with more than 1.700 company participations.
