Interview with Diego Martínez, commercial director Familia Martínez Bujanda

With over 120 years in the wine industry, Familia Martínez Bujanda owns five wineries: Finca Valpiedra, Finca Antigua, Finca Montepedroso, Viña Bujanda, and Cosecheros y Criadores. Their sales director, Diego Martínez, told us about this, highlighting that five generations have dedicated themselves to this family business.

Owning over a thousand hectares of vineyards across all their wineries, the executive explained that while each winery is very different, they share a common denominator: producing quality wines from their own vineyards, located in prime locations. For generations, their philosophy has been based on quality and innovation in every aspect: from the meticulous and constant monitoring of the grapes in their vineyards to the final product in the glass.

The Martínez Bujanda family reaches more than 50 countries worldwide, with a solid network of distributors and importers that allows them to showcase the quality of their wines. In addition to the domestic market, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, and Brazil are some of their main international markets.
